General description

There are many herbs/ plants that have the scent/ flavour of lemons.This has the finest flavour and aroma of lemon. It is a shrub with lanceolate bright green leaves small white insigificant white flowers.

Plant requirements

Shelteres location and some protection in the most severe winters.It survives night temperatures below freezing but not prelongued periods below freezing

Maintenance

Just remove dead wood and keep in shape

Practical use

One of the most useful herbs for its Lemon flavour. Makes a refreshing tea and and can be made into a syrup( 50% Water/ 50% sugar) which is used to flavour numerous drinks
