General description

Highly scentes with a mossy calyx. We have many old roses of which many are 18thcentury and 19th century moss roses. Of these Chapeau de Napoleon is an old favourite. In common with many old roses it only flowers in June and has only one flowering season but this old rose is worthy of a place in any garden

Occasional pruning to remove old wood and encourage new growth from the base.
