General description

Superior is the most productive cultivar with firm berries that are light to medium blue, having flavor that is balanced and pleasant. Superior matures the majority of its fruit about 1 week later than other blueberry varieties.

Plant requirements

Full sun. This plant prefers acidic soil and good drainage. Add peat moss to create an acidic environment.

Maintenance

Three inches of mulch around the plant (keep away from stem, however). Water as needed to maintain evenly moist soil. Use acid type fertilizer.
