General description

A fully hardy perennial evergreen forb with blue flowers in late Spring, mid Spring and early Summer. It grows well in shade and semi-shade, and prefers high levels of water. The flowers are rotate shaped. It has no drought tolerance and high flood tolerance. It looks best in Spring and Summer. It has green leaves. They are oblanceolate in shape.
