Last batch of plants my mother gave me, same issue as the other plants, dirt is always bone dry, one of the plants even floats when I attempt watering so I’ve begun watering my submerging till damp doesn’t seem to do anything. One plant I found white mold in today and many of them have sprouts I know are suppose to be divided and potted to propagate but I don’t know how or when to do it!
