Kevin Ong

  • Strange occurance today...I just boiled some local bagged potatoes and left them in the pot and water to cool off. When i went to check them a couple hours later, the water had turned dark blue/green and some of the colour was absorbed into the potato. Any idea what happened? I don't want to eat them now.
